For some it may be straightforward but others may need some support with developing their communication skills, whether that be working on speech, language or confident social skills.

Speech and language therapists are specifically trained to assess and support individuals through therapy and specialist advice.

Amica is a thriving speech and language therapy consultancy offering a service of specialist assessment, therapy and management of speech, language and swallowing disorders to school aged children, adolescents and people who are Autistic or who have learning disabilities (both children and adults).

We also provide training packages to parents/ carers, educational establishments, care homes and day centres.

Therapists are fully qualified and experienced as well as being registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Our therapy dog is trained to a high standard and has been assessed by an animal behaviourist.
